About the sealant
Advanced Protection
Silane/siloxane sealers penetrate and bond in the pores rather than sitting on top like a film-forming coating. We use an EPA-approved, DOT-class formula and choose water-based or solvent-based by project.
That penetrating protection increases concrete lifespan 50–80% and lasts 5–10 years depending on foot traffic. Low-VOC and no plastic film.
